How do AgsHome products work?

Our products require an existing home wifi network for setup and use, a smart device (phone or tablet), which allows you to monitor and control all of your AgsHome devices in one place. All AgsHome devices are compatible with 2.4 GHz WiFi networks but 5 GHz networks.

Do we need to subscribe to be able to use your products?

No, AgsHome does not charge a subscription fee for using our products. It's 100% free.

Can we shop the accessories separately?

No, all accessories can only work in conjuction with AgsHome home security alarm system, buy them together for no worries

Payments & Safety


Is my payment data safe with you website?

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, and more.

Do you offer 3 or 4 times payment option?

At present, multiple payment option is not available at our store, we might add it in as an option when it is necessary.

Which currency will I be charged in?

All transactions in our store will be charged in EURO.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently only accept payments made by PayPal.

Shipping & Order


Where do you ship from & to?

Also, as an Amazon seller, we ship orders from our Germany-based Amazon.de warehouse to customers based in Geramny, Italy, and France.

Do I need to pay tax for my order?

Yes, it's our duty to collect taxes to comply with the regulations and laws of Italy, Germany, and France.

How can I track my order?

Please visit our Track Order page for your convenience to track your order.

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can place an order as a guest. However, we recommend creating an account if you’d like to check your order history, have your shopping basket items and payment details automatically saved for easy next shopping.

I am missing item(s) in my order

Please contact us with your order number and a list of the missing items. Please make sure to include a photo of the items you did receive and a picture of the packaging box. We will get back to you asap!

What should I do when I received broken/defective item(s) in my order ?

We do our best to get your order to you in flawless condition, but mistakes can occasionally occur. Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can offer you a solution. A free 30-day return, refund, and exchange policy is available.

What if my order is missing/lost?

If your order is missing or lost, please contact us immediately so that we can look into your case. If your order is confirmed to be missing or not delivered within 1 month, your order will be issued a full refund.

Returns & Refunds


How is your return & refund policy like?

Yes, we offer a 30-day free return & refund policy. A partial refund may also apply depending on various situations, only if both parties reach an agreement on the amount to be refunded, will it be issued.

We are open to negotiating with our customers when it comes to the settling of partial refunds.

How long does it take to get my refund?

Refunds will be issued within 1 business day upon confirmation. Please note that it may take even 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account due to the delayed processing of the banks.

What if I decide not to be a member of your website anymore?

It's easy! You can unsubscribe from emails delivered to your inbox by AgsHome, or by contacting us stating that you would like to unsubscribe from being our member, and and then, we will delete your email account from our system.

Do you offer warranty for your products?

Yes, we offer a 24-month warranty to address your issues with our products and services, Please visit our Warranty page for more detailed contents.

How much does an extended warranty cost?

An extended warranty could come at a different cost depending on the varying issues with the products and the extended period. But the cost of addressing your issue or the product will be negotiable in the first place.
