Door and window sensors only work with our Smart Security System.

The door and window sensor have been connected to the alarm. Simply connect the alarm to the app, and the alarm kit can be used. When the door/window is opened, the siren is triggered.

Remove the insulation film before use. You simply secure them with 3M adhesive tape.

Power supply with 1 x 23A 12V alkaline battery (battery included).

The main unit of the door/window sensor and the magnetic strip are each installed on the door/window and on the door/window frame.

Wi-Fi setting with smartphone

Press the SET button for 5 seconds and release the SET button when you hear 2 beeps. After the base station enters the Wi-Fi connection mode, the red light flashes slowly (2s / time).

Please change the EZ mode in the upper right corner to AP mode.

Make sure the host is connected and the red light flashes slowly.

It only supports 2.4G Wi-Fi, not 5G Wi-Fi.

Reset the base station

1. Turn off the base station.

2. Press and hold the SET button and turn on the base station

Press the SET button.

3. You hear 2 beeps. Now the base station was

Reset.

Pair contact sensor and motion sensor

1. Press and hold the SET button for 3 seconds and release the SET button when you hear a beep and the white light of the base station continues to light up. Now the base station has entered the pairing mode.

2. Disconnect the contact sensor or wave your hand in front of the motion sensor. A beep sounds as a confirmation.

3. In pairing mode, press the set button once to complete the process

Connection Mode You will hear 1 beep and the white light will go out. This means that the pairing mode is successfully completed.

Pair the remote control

2. Pairing with the keychain: press any button on the key chain. A beep sounds like confirmation.

3. In pairing mode, press the set button once to complete the process

We can cancel your order only if the request is made within the time that your order has not been processed yet. Please be aware that we do process orders quickly, so we cannot promise that we will always be able to cancel your order.

Agshome provides 30-day free returns & exchanges policy.

1. If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of order delivery, please send us your order details (with the problem specified) to: support@agshome.com. We'll respond within 1 business day to address your issue.

2. Since Agshome offers free shipping for its orders, returns & exchanges of orders beyond the 30-day free return & exchange window may be charged a 30% restocking fee of the original product price.

3. The shipping fee for orders to be returned or exchanged within 30 days of order delivery will be covered by us.

30-day return & exchange eligibility is subject to the below situations and scenarios only:

  1. Defective order received
  2. Damaged order received
  3. Product quality issue. 
  4. Different products received.
  5. Missing parts of orders.
  6. Products are not to your satisfaction.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Packages that are returned to us by the carrier due to its incomplete or incorrect addresses, or if the recipient refuses to receive the delivery,.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

How to request and fulfill a return or exchange

  1. Customers must contact AgsHome at support@agshome.com first for a return/exchange request.
  2. Customers will also be informed via email if the return request is rejected.
  3. If the return is accepted, Agshome will send our returning address and details via email for you to fulfill the return. A return address with details will be sent to your email afterwards.
  4. Items must be packed in the original packaging with its accessories and components included.
  5. After receiving a replacement piece or set, the previous piece or set (if we did not require you to return it) needs to be destroyed. A video and picture proof will be required to show the damaged piece or set. Failing to do so, you will not be qualified for future replacements. By providing the above-required information, your replacement will be processed within 2 business days.
  6. For only-returned orders, we will issue a full refund of the original order within 1 business day after our confirmation. Please note that the confirmation process may take up to 3 business days to complete.

You can request a full refund or a partial refund for any of the following situations & scenarios:

  1. For minor product defects, shipping damage, and the like, the amount to be refunded is negotiable.
  2. Missing orders (failed to be delivered within 1 month) will be refunded in full. 
  3. If you are approved for a full or partial refund, then the refund will be processed based on the payment method you used to pay for the order. For instance, if you pay for your order with PayPal, then the refunded amount will be refunded to your PayPal account.
  4. All refunds will be issued within 1 business day upon confirmation. Please be aware that it may take 5 to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account. All refunds will be sent back to your original, order-paid account.
